Glamour model and Celebrity Big Brother contestant Lacey Banghard is set to campaign for the sterilisation of cats and dogs for PETA, taking up residency at Piccadilly Circus January 22 alongside two activists dressed as giant condoms.

Banghard is to carry a sign stating Dogs and Cats Can't Wear Condoms: Spay and Neuter, and commented 'If cats and dogs could rubber-up, tens of thousands of animals would be spared suffering and death every year... But they can't, so it's up to us to fix the problem by fixing our animals'.
